Chemical Cleaning of a boiler in Gener - Ventanas
During the month of March 2011 in accordance with the contract between AES Gener and NEXXO, a chemical operation was done in the numer 2 bolier unit of Gener Ventanas.
This contract included the design and construction of the auxillary piping for the chemical cleaning and instalation of 3 modular tanks ( each 1000 mt3) for the reception and treatmnent of waste created in the cleaning.
The chemical cleaning was completed in accordance with the contract. The team used the Tsunami alert protocols, when they received the alert from Japan.
